Art Club is open to any student at Winona State regardless of major.
Spring 2008 we will be meeting on Wednesdays at 4pm in Watkins Hall.

Each semester we incorporate art activities into our weekly meetings. Some of the activities we have done in the past include:

• Creating a homecoming float for WSU's Homecoming Parade
• Making ceramic beads and hemp necklaces
• Creating a banner for Earth Day activities
• Making ceramic bowls for Empty Bowls
• Creating Valentines Day Cards to sell
• Designing Mosaic Tiles
• Tye-dying shirts

We try to take at least one large bus trip to Minneapolis each semester to visit a few art museums. In past years there
have been trips to New York and Chicago as well. Spring 2007 the Art Club traveled to Chicago for a weekend and
spent time at the Art Museum and sightseeing the city.

T-shirt Information
Art Club t-shirts are for sale at a price of $16 and come in S, M, and L. They are short sleeved and tye dyed. Please
