Delta Phi Epsilon

Philanthropies

The Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation was established in 1967 in honor of our Fiftieth Anniversary. Through grants and loans, the Foundation assists members and their children to complete their education or continue with graduate studies. The Educational Foundation also provides funding for educational programs and leadership training for undergraduate members and advisors.

The mission of the foundation is to support the purpose of the sorority by:

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the official philanthropy of the Sorority since 1958, is the recipient of funds raised by chapters to support research to find a cure for CF and to improve the quality of life for the 30,000 children and young adults with disease. In 1992 scientists described the gene that, when mutated, causes CF; however, a cure for CF has not yet been found. In appreciation of the Sorority fundraising efforts, the CFF named a research fellowship in honor of Delta Phi Epsilon. Over one million dollars has been raised to date for the CFF through Delta Phi Epsilon.
