On Human Right Day 2008 (December 10, 2008), the gay, lesbian, bisexual, trangendered and allied community is asked to participate in a peaceful demonstration of removing itself from the United States economy for a day. This will be a powerful reminder that the GLBT community contributes an average $700 billion to the US economy every year, and that we deserve all the same rights as any other citizen.
