General Process

  • First we hand out application forms to interested club members at the beggining of the year to be turned back in ASAP.
  • Then we select the number of people we will bring and choose where we will travel when the places become availiable.
  • After we choose a site we must meet payment deadlines and prepare everything to get to our destination.
