Women in Mathematics conference- deadline is Jan 18th- Let Tisha know if you are interested. She is organizing it. 

Problem solving seminar has officially ended… not so sure why this is news.  It was today at , which was apparently 9 hours ago

Finals week is next week… that’s just news because they have nothing else to say.

Putnam questions are available if you are interested in looking at them or their solutions.  They were made by Manjul, Karan, etc. 

Travis moved to impeach Dason after he went out of the G-rating

Proof went well.

No December event.

Next meeting: January 23rd 9pm GI 327. 

There is a program at Carleton for Freshmen and Sophomores in mathematics. If you are interested see Prof. Wangberg or any other professors.  It’s not as intense as an REU, but a great experience.  Deadline is February 28th.  There is a website. 

Think of ideas for Kim Appreciation day. We are planning it.
