Our Purpose

The Management Information Systems Assocation is dedicated to improving and furthering the education of Winona State University students. We hold meetings to discuss students' concerns and ideas with the MIS major and the College of Business as a whole. The MISA also discusses events such as tours and guest speakers set up by the MISA, which provide a great networking tool for students who participate.

We will most definitely be holding events with the Mayo Clinic, Fastenal, Federated Insurance, and Wincraft again this year. We are currently working on also setting up events for this year with Amazon, Target, Logistics Health, Best Buy, United Health, and the Minnesota Twins.

 

The MISA is open to any suggestions, ideas, and information regarding other companies and organizations students are interested in. To provide us with your suggestions send us an email at MISA@winona.edu.
